Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Arbor AI Studio Ltd. (“Arbor AI Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Campgn marketing intelligence web application and the Campgn MCP service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Campgn connects marketing platforms you authorize (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console) to a unified workspace and to MCP-compatible AI assistants. The Service accesses your marketing data on your behalf to generate reports, audits, recommendations, and other features you request through the Campgn workspace or connected AI assistants. Campgn is currently offered as a free beta. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice as we continue to develop the Service.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You sign in with a Google account. You must have the legal capacity to enter these Terms and you are responsible for activity under your account. You may only connect marketing accounts that you own or are authorized to access.

4. Connected Marketing Platforms

The Service requests the permissions required to connect with supported marketing platforms. Although some requested permissions may technically allow broader platform access, the current version of Campgn uses these permissions only to retrieve reporting and account information. Campgn does not expose features that allow users to create, edit, publish, pause, resume, or delete campaigns, ads, Page content, messages, budgets, creatives, audiences, or account settings. When you connect a platform, you authorize us to fetch its data on your behalf, store the OAuth token (encrypted), and display that data to you and to AI assistants you connect. Platform-specific terms also apply to you, including Meta's Platform Terms and Google's API Terms of Service, and you remain responsible for complying with them.

6. AI Assistants and Generated Content

Reports and recommendations produced through the Service, including content generated by AI assistants using your Campgn data, are for informational purposes only and are not professional marketing, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them. Campgn is responsible only for the services it provides. Any AI assistant you connect is operated by its respective provider, and your use of those services is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your company information, marketing data, and other content you provide or authorize Campgn to access. Campgn retains all rights to the Service, including its software, branding, design, documentation, and related intellectual property.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse connected platform APIs, or if continued access could harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your connected platforms or deleting your account.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service, especially during beta. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Marketing platforms' own API changes or outages may also affect the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Campgn retrieves marketing data from the marketing platforms you authorize using their official APIs. While we strive to accurately retrieve and present that data, reports, audits, recommendations, and other outputs generated through connected AI assistants may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incorrect interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, financial, legal, marketing, or other decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
